Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days.
Shipments will be made on Wednesdays on a weekly basis. Should the Wednesday following your order land on a Holiday, shipment will be made the next business day. Should there be any delay in shipment of your order you will be notified via email to the email address used when placing your order. If any delays or changes are expected with your shipment you will be notified by email.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking order within 24 hours of shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Thrown To The Wolves is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Thrown To The Wolves is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
